The Hidden Sauna started with a love of the outdoors, open
water and making the most of every moment.

Since becoming parents, we’ve realised just how
important it is to slow down, look after ourselves and make time for our own
health and wellbeing. 

Saunas have been part of our lives for years, long before
The Hidden Sauna was even an idea. We’ve always loved that feeling of stepping
away from the everyday, switching off for a while and leaving feeling
completely reset.

So when the opportunity came up to create our own sauna experience on a piece of land we already knew and loved, it just
felt right.

And so, The Hidden Sauna was born.

Tucked away amongst the trees at Grendon Lakes, we wanted to
create somewhere that felt a little different. It’s a space built around the things we love — the outdoors,
sauna culture, cold water, good company and taking a bit of time for yourself.
